My pre-40th birthday goal was to do one full unassisted pull-up:

  • on 11 March 2017, I managed my first unassisted chin-up
  • on 27 March 2017, I managed my first unassisted pull-up (YAY! Achievement unlocked! And nearly a whole month before my 40th!)
  • on 6 July 2017, I documented 2 full pull-ups in a row!
